Returns Policy

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new and unused condition and must be returned at your expense. Used items may not be returned, unless they are defective.  You must contact us before returning any product for a Returns Authorization Number.

Any return that is not the result of our mistake is subject to a 30% return processing fee. This processing fee allows us to cover our costs associated with fulfilling an item, shipping, handling, and merchant processing fees.  

Defective, damaged, or wrong product shipped may be returned at no charge.
